I receive five or six calls from a guy named mr Russell. He was looking for someone and I'm not that person. He was threatening me telling me they're going to serve me with legal papers in court about a bill that is not mine because I'm not that person that they're looking for. He gave the person name and last four digits of the social security number. This looks like some Scam or some fraudulent business trying to take people money.
Called me today and left a message for a step-brother that I have never lived with and has never been associated with my phone number. My voice mail even says the Rogers' residence (my step-brother and I do not have the same name - ever). Said she was from Pearson or PIerce and Associates and gave a case number and that it was in my (his) best interest to call back. That'll be a cold day in hell.
They call family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.

I received a message today from a man name Mark Thomas from Pearson Associates telling me he had papers to serve me on a file in his office and it would be in my best interest to call him, or have someone who is representing me to call him at 401-349-1212 ext.19. He seem to be agitated Lol. I don't know who he he'll be waiting a long time to get a call back from me. I'll going to submit his information to my Attorney General.
