everyone needs to be carefull ,there is this new scam going on where they one ring then hang up hoping that you will call them to find out who they are,when you call you will be charged $19.99 the news gave the area codes and i belive 866 was one of them from Antigua
4013547099 is a debt collector called Trans World Systems. If you are getting called by them you owe someone, somewhere, $$money$$! It is someone that you have your # to at one point, a dr, hospital, etc.
