Who called from 4013656266

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. Didn't answer and they left a short silent message.

Just called me. I answered, but heard nothing on the other end.

Same thing - nothing on other end. I bet it's a scammer robot that's testing their (illegal) cell phone list to make sure the numbers are active, so they can sell the list to other scammers at a higher price.
