Calls no message multiple time per day

calls constantly - no message but slight background "chatter" of multiple telemarketers heard on the phone when I answered this AM. Promptly hung up.

I receive daily calls from this number. I never pick up and the number never leaves a message. I assume it's a scam call, but I want to know how to block it.
