Who called from 4013699886

I called verizon. They told me there are no notes on the account about any phone calls made. My advice, block the numbers.

Verizon leaves messages, and sends texts about paying your bill....in my experience only scammers call and leave no message, because they are scamming

So if I call a friend and don't leave a message, I'm a scammer...your logic if flawed

A friend will have your number ya dope.
