This number keeps calling, often late in the evening. The caller id reads "Cell Phone RI". Never leaves a message on my answering machine. I've called back (with my own phone number hidden) and either a male voice answers "hello" or a voice mail message says that the caller is " Peter Boitano. " Don't know what kind of a scumbag scammer this guy is, but he is now permanently blocked. Get lost, you loser.
