I keep getting calls from 401-375-9123 saying a complaint is filed against me. They do call on other numbers. So tired of being harassed. Probably will change my #. Thanks for the resent reports.
Second time I rec. this type of call (prior one was 319-209-5833) with same message. Call only intended for my ex from whom I have been divorced for years indicating complaint has been lodge against him and he needs to call some mediation place. Even gave a reference number!!! Definitely a LOW-LIFE SCAMMER. I will not respond.
someone calls , rude 2 times call back rude and won't say who they are already advised not to answer these calls as scams. But will tell you your getting a summons.
Leaves message saying that my former wife is summoned to court for debt complaints. I'm thinking "go ahead, you must have a hotline to heaven cause she's been dead for years" and would love to see how this pans out.
Caller left message. I called back. She had tons of personal information, including the last three numbers of my SS number and the bank I bank with. She talked really fast and wouldn't answer any questions. I asked her to email me the information and she responded by saying that I was being condescending and she wouldn't talk to me. I just needed to respond to the allegation of breach of contract. She said I took out a pay day loan in 2010. I never had a pay day loan. I didn't respond and just hung up. It was sort of a nightmare.
