They just called me. Said they were from TD Canada. Asked about my mortgage. Basically said if I give them all my information, the bank manager would call me back with the best rate.
There was lots of "line noise" on the call. It wasn't very clear.
Told them I wasn't interested about three time before they just hung up on me.

I got a call in the same way as Jason said. The only thing different is that I started telling the girl that if she was really with TD she would give me a number to call her back after confirming that this was a legit TD call. I told her that as a customer of TD, my information would be available regarding my mortgage and that she wouldn't be needing me to tell her what it is. After some muttering she hung up on me. I did try to call the number back but it said that the number was no longer in service even though I had just hung up with the woman. Looking up the number by reverse search it comes up as an unpublished landline in Westerly Rhode Island.
