I answered because it's my local area code. It was a very nice woman with a southern accent. Said she is a paid prof. fund raiser working for St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
This is yet another number used by a junk caller, MDS Communications, that changes numbers frequently and never leaves a message. The caller ID for this one reads "Cumberland, RI." Google MDS Communications and you will see for yourself the many low ratings given to this professional fundraiser. You can also read complaints about them on this site, under many other telephone numbers. I have them blocked on at least 10 numbers, and they can call all they want with phony numbers, but they will never reach me. If enough people do the same, maybe they will stop!!
