Got a call from this number today. Yesterday it was 4014063695, one digit different. I keep on getting calls for a woman named Debra on the number I got from TMobile. It's been over 3 years and I'm still getting calls for this woman. Last year, I got to talk to someone reasonable and told him to remove the number from their list as it's now not owned by Debra. For about 3 months, I did not get any of these calls so I thought that was it. Then the calls started coming again. Turned out, what he probably did was to just give a grace period for the collection so the calls stopped for a certain period of time but they did not really remove the number. I think I will still get calls for this Debra person until the day I die. This was the second number I had from TMobile as the first one also has a lot of debt calls.
I think that when you ask someone to stop calling, it applies for ninety days then can resume. However when you ask them to cease and desist, cease means to stop and desist means they are never to contact you again. If possible it needs to be in writing via the USPS certified with signature route.
