Who called from 4014202597

Mangled my name when I answered.
Caller id just Rhode Island with the number.  I told him that I was on the DNC list and he hung up immediately.

Thick accent, told them to stop calling, they hung up...Similar calls with ID from Providence, Block Island and Newport spaced exactly 10 minutes apart nightly!  Call backs say "the number is not in service".

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.
