Rec'd call from 401-424- 9231 on my cellphone at 10:51 am today. Did not answer, especially since the phone was not nearby. I've rec'd 6 different calls from unknowns on my cell in the past few days. Don't know where they got my number, since I rarely give out the number ... only to a few friends and relatives and a few doctors. My husband is now getting spam calls on his cell. Most callers get us on landline. I answered a recent call from "unknown" out of curiosity, and it was from the "Windows tech support" calling about my "windows machine." I told him there was no such thing and the call was a scam. Hung up quickly.
hi i to am getting call s they the good by scammers are all in one including the Windows support team it,s ther way of trying to make you mad for not letting them scam u get a map mark place call came from time call came in and phone no together we can find them.
Most of these vermin (sorry didn't mean to insult vermin) use robocallers that can simple dial every number in sequence. So, they probably didn't "get" your number, it simply came up as part of XXX-XXX-XXXX sequence.
