Who called from 4014560686

The place calls me 4 times a day every single day!!!

I know! I get calls from this number to. it really gets on my nerves when i get these calls. Why do they keep calling if u don't answer it,.

I've gotten two calls from this number to my car's On-Star phone.  The car & phone are new ( purchased in August ) and the number was activated the day we took delivery.  I do not answer the call but took note of the number.  The number is for Providence Rhode Island Schools..!  I suspect I was assigned a phone number previously "owned" by someone who registered it with the school system.

This Number calls at least 3 times a day, today it started at 5:30am, how do I file a complaint and get off their list?!
