I get a call all the times at the same time everyday, when try to callback tells me the number not in service

Repeated calls, reverse check claims it's a landline in Block Island, RI. No message, no one there when I answer.

Same thing here. And no one is there when I pick up. If you try to *67 to call back, it says the caller is out of service, aka it doesn't accept blocked calls. They're calling me at 8 am, all the way through 9 pm, 7 days a week!
