Same as above. 2nd Block Island number doing the same.

Called both cell phone and land line. I have never answered and sometimes a recorded message plays. Lower my energy bill or I've won something.

Scammer spoofing a Block Island phone number with Magic Jack or similar device, original call on a lot of these are from overseas.
