"Norwegian Cruise Line" saying you won a free cruise. BS.

Automated call saying I won a cruise.......I seriously doubt Norwegian Cruise lines is located on Block Island...an island town off the coast of Rhode Island...also, I live in Rhode Island so I know it's not.  I thought these types of calls were illegal!!!!!
