Who called from 4014666082

I get constant calls on my home and cell phone from this and other Block Island numbers.  It is a robot named Amanda, offering me free solar panels.  I got a live person and told them to put me on their do not call list.  It didn't work.

Hopefully these scammers will end up in he77 right next to all the chomos and lawyers that defended them

The calls have nothing to do with Block Island, they have spoofed a phone number there, and the calls are likely originating from India, or that slimeball Jay Gotra is up to his old tricks

This number calls me all the time.  I live in RI.  I've never picked up but they keep calling!
