They keep calling from different numbers and always says caller ID of block island

All from the same scam, sometimes prerecorded message about electricity rate, sometimes no on there.. this is quite annoying and coming in several times a week to my cell phone
I receive a call from a couple of different numbers but all showing from 'Block Island' -- never leave a message. I dont answer them. I've blocked about 8 of the numbers but they still call.
This number calls people who are on the do not call list. If you are called by these people please file a complaint with the FTC at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.
Call their number back, press 1 when the robot starts talking, then ask for the name of the company the representative works for (for the FTC complaint). Then tell them that you are reporting them to the FTC. Ask to never be called again; they will remove you from their list. Works like a charm. Then submit FTC complaint. These people are scum.
