We got a call from this number with CID name set to "DELUCA ROCCO" that rang multiple times the afternoon of August 11, 2016. We use a third party blocking service that intercepts calls from blacklisted CID numbers after one ring, so the service wasn't yet cutting calls from this number off.
I answered it after three rings. It was a recording talking about lower interest rates because of the Financial Stimulus Act and asking me to press one to find out more. Obviously a credit card number gathering scam. I reported it to FCC, FTC, and the blocking service we use.
