Who called from 4014893529

Calls at all times even though my number is on do not call lists

just received a call from 401-489-3529 but didn't leave message....won't answer ANY number we don't know!

They keep calling and no message.  Finally got a message but it said something "this sound file will play when an answering machine picks up" then it hung up.  My guess is a campaign call for election which is coming up.  If I find out who it is I'll vote AGAINST them!

They just called me..  Lets just stop the non-sense.

I live in Rhode Island, but use a cell phone with an out-of-state number. I have no idea how they got my number, but they always call while I'm at work and never leave a message.
