These people are calling every two hours!

These people call MULTIPLE times a day! When I answer they either hang up or they tell me it's for compensation for a WOMEN SURGERY I had.
I've also been getting calls from 5 other numbers, all for the same thing (when they answer), except one who was going to give me $10,000. When you call the #s none of them are real, I've also been getting unknown #'s & #s that only have 3 digits. I suspect they're all from the same group of people, all have a strong Indian accent, all started at the same time, most for the same thing & I don't give this # out so they got this # on their own.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Another call from this number with "NARAGNSTT RI" on the caller ID.  Again, I didn't answer and, again, they didn't leave a message.  Isn't there someone who can get these calls to stop?

I get the same calls from a Washington DC #. They say they are calling from National Medical Recovery Co. and tell you about the blood thinners, other meds or procedures that you have recently had in the hospital.  Always a person with an accent from India. They get really nasty when you won't give them info or tell them they are scammers. One comment for that # was from a young a girl who was sexually harassed on the phone by the person at the DC # because she told them not to call.  This has to stop. Makes you kind of wonder where they are getting your info. When I asked they told me the hospital I was in and another time from the health dept. I have never been in the hospital. I do however have Obama Care, and it seems like every time I talk to the insurance I have thru them I start getting calls. I'm in Ca. are all of you?
