I live in California. Got a call from this #401-515-4756 but never answered. They did not leave a message.
I am on the Federal "Do not call" list. Apparently this list is meaningless as is the case with
most governmental agencies. I suppose the best advise is don't answer if you don't know who's calling.
Also, I tried to call the number from a secured, unlisted line and the message states "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again."
Illegal "cold call", I rang through and it was briefly answered by a man (whom sounded like he had just woken up, quality control for scam artists isn't really all that good), and then hung up.
I wasted 14 minutes of this idiots time. At the end of the call, I asked him to call again tomorrow so I can waste more of his time. The joke is on him. I am sitting in a car commuting...I have time to kill.
