Who called from 4015190850

Get this number quite a bit........ it says Local Number on the dial but 401 is not local.   I believe that they keep changing their number.

i got the same thing,  local office  3 x     unkown  name  1 x,   today,  been getting it  8-20-12,8-22-12  and some times  before ,  no  message

i get it a  few times  today,  few times last week,   never  leaves a message or do I ever  answer

Frequent calls past 3 days--never leave a message...

Its from First National collection bureau...credit collections
