Who called from 4015199111

This odd number called me about an hour after a call from another odd number with a 401 area code. No message left
401-400-8490 was the other number. It looks like they belong to diversified consultants. A collection agency who is based in Jacksonville, FL and is know to bully.
They collect for AT&T and a couple of cable companies.

Just got a call from 989-624-8438 after I finished typing my comment. Tried to call them back, and it says the call can not be completed as dialed.
I seem as though diversified consultants, computer generates their numbers.

This is a 'Junk Debt Buyer'. They purchased your un-collectable Debt, and are trying to harass/intimidate/trick you into paying it off. DO NOT ANSWER
