Who called from 4015365535

Called this morning, did not speak when I answered and hung up. Who the h-- is this jerk?

called and said he was local chimney sweep, and would be on my street, would i like to set up appt. when i said i was all set, he just hung up on me. i called the number back and it said it was either disconnected, out of service or changed.

They call at least once a day and do not leave a msg. This includes weekends, e.g. early Sunday AM, and as late as the 9PM hour on weekdays.

Whoever it is can't get the clue.....
