Who called from 4015621450

I just got a call from this number. It played a message that says "Hello, the FBI reports a crime every x minutes....If you allow us to place a sign in your front yard...blah blah blah...".  I hung up. The location displayed for this number is Warwick, RI.

recording about home security

Got a call from this number today 12/27 at about 4PM. I rejected the call (on my cell phone) and they left a message advertising a home security system.

Just got a call, ignored it y left a message about home security. Marked number as telemarketer to ignore.

Same think as above, the number needs to be blocked anyone know how to do that?
