got a text saying to add them on y! IM, their user was taylorchikie87, comepletely out of nowhere

I got a text from this phone number saying to add them on yahoo messenger, their user was ashleygirl174. it was completely random. and when i questioned them to who it was they simply told me they didnt have reception.
