The scam calls are not only a nuisance but, now it is getting completely ridiculous! ... and the government has absolutely no way of locating and charging these people with a crime? I find that hard to believe! Something needs to be done about it. It seems to me that the cell phone Companies and cell phone towers may have an idea as to why folks are getting so many scam calls. Maybe it's time to write to Congress and request an investigation.
