received call on April 3. once about 9 am and then again at noon.
don't know anyone in Rhode Island. Who does this number belong too??

This is a number used by Cinergy Health. The telemarketer told me the computer randomly generates numbers from people who called about their health care plan. This is the sixth call I've received in three days from six different states. Each time they tell me they'll put me on the "Do Not Call List", but it doesn't happen.
