Can you believe that this "customer service rep"  argued on the phone with me for 10 minutes and called me "your highness" a total of 3 time?!!
I am so disgusted!
They are trying to sell my husband medicare.  The problem is...he's 30 yrs old!
This company,which by the way, sounds like it is based out of India (though it has a 401 area code) has called every other day for weeks now...though we have been told we have been put on the "do not call" list!

All I asked was for a managers name and number and this "gentlman" gave me a rude, abrasive run-around for 10 minutes, telling me I needed to give him my name first to get my husband off the list.  
I am infuriated!
