Who called from 4016424000

i am getting this call at my office constantly. it is driving me insane.

Calls have been coming every 10-15 minutes and occur in clusters. I'll get 3 calls within 30 seconds.
If I answer, it has a fax sound. This must stop.

Received 2 calls from this number. I picked up both times and all I heard was a beep sound.

I called back and this is a fax.  UGH.  My cell phone is not for sending faxes to.  Leave me alone.

Keeps calling my cell phone, same fax noises are heard. I was able to block number off my cell phone. Peace and quiet. Hope this helps
