Who called from 4016489484

I recently vacationed out of the country... Even while on vacation and still to date I continue to get calls from parties that do not identify themselves BUT what's more alarming is they have personal information about me? Not sure how to stop the calls, they are calling outside of the U.S. and laugh then hang up when you call them back.. Any suggestions? Is there a connection with use of other cell carriers in another country?

Got a call this morning   I do not answer calls from those I do not know.   They did not leave a message.   I will block the number.

They have called us several times, and apparently they don't like it when you do the same back to them. So I put the on my phones auto reject list. Maybe if I get bored enough later I'll call them some more and offer them ridiculous amounts of money. Be all like, CONGRATULATIONS!! YOU HAVE JUST WON PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE!!!
