Another annoying call from VMS

Got call to my land line, no answer, they hung up...VMS on the id..

I got 2 calls from this # today and after I repeatedly said "hello", there was no response from the caller, and so I hung up.  I got a call from this # a few days ago as well.  Annoying! :(

I just received a call from this number.  Could hear noise in the background but no one would answer to my "Hello".

Got a call from 401-654-5366. Said "hello" and noody would answer. Caller id showed VMS.
This was after I got 2 other calls from Cranston RI. 401-943-9102 and 401-943-4903.
Who are these people??
