i got a call from this number 1-401-680-9854 & my phone screen says unavailable. ....The goofy sounding woman computer recording -- said my name & then another woman recording said they are contacting me from the process & summons division, to notify me that there will be two charges flied against me & my accountant or maybe she said account ; it's hard to hear which was said, but I don't have an accountant, lol, so I'll go with account for this B.S. call, even though it sounded more like she said accountant, lol. ...Anyway, then it or -- She goes on to say, it looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to my name & social security number, & then a pause; --then it says my name again with that same goofy sounding automated woman recording, & then another woman recording says, --She needs to make me aware of my legal rights to address the charges against me, before they are filed against me, I need to do so before being summoned, & i can do so at my place of employment or at my home address; & after I'm served - my rights will be forfeited, I guess to get me to call soon, lol; --then she says my case number & gives me a phone number to call 1-401-680-98 & the recording stopped, which I'm sure ended with 54 - as it was on the caller I.D. ending with 54 lol. ....& I'm sure they want me to call - so then they will see my stuff on their caller I.D. & have that, & can see what other info they can get from me on the phone, like have me verify my soc. sec. number so they can have it from me on the phone & address, verify & or get what ever they can, like send money to them, & what-ever they can; just like the Scum-sucking-leeches they are.! ....I hate scammers; - I say they should all be locked up forever or better yet, Off-with-their-heads, lol.
Ive been receiving calls for this number for over a year..saying they are trying to read maria ortega..thats no even my name...they say there is some fraudulent [***] going on..they leave a case number but no call back..i call the number back and no answer

in this country there is no debtors prison. you can not be prosecuted without your knowledge before hand. and there will always be opportunity to represent yourself.
