Who called from 4017093451

Got call about few minutes ago, rang answered on first ring, said hello twice and then they hung up.

They called, my phone rang once and they hung up.

11/20/2015 - Called and hung up. No message left on voice mail. Most likely a loser spam-dial call for "gift card offers" as others have conveyed.

Same story... they're at it again.  Called cell and I didn't even hear/feel it ring/vibrate.  Obviously no message left.

Rang twice then they hung up.  Rhode Island number.  Blocked.
