Who called from 4017338989

I just got a call from this number and now I wish I would have learned how to say "...I am coming to your bedroom to rip the brains from your skull and swallow them in front of you." in Spanish :( I hope they call back again!

An unknown, uninvited, illegal (if it's a solicitor) call from (401)733-8989.  The message was
all in Spanish (I'm in AZ, so wondering why it's a Rhode Island number!)

i just got a call from 401-733-8989, mssed it. called em back and it said the number was disconnected or may have a different area code..

asshats called me 8 minutes ago, again 'not in service' area code look up told me it's a land line from Road Island.

Does anyone know a # where we can file a formal complaint on these people?
