Its a recording saying you won money. in spanish . it asks you to stay on the line while a rep. answers your call. i asked to be removed from their calling list and the rep said no. we wont. just dont answer our calls and hung up.
Im currently stationed in Germany and have Pinger Text App on my IPhone to keep in contact with family and friends from the states and I get assigned a US number with it. I got a txt from this number saying "I just called you at your text free number." I can't make calls with this app and I googled the area code and it's from Rhode Island. I texted back "who is this?" but no response. Weird.
