Called my cell phone in Rhode Island at 7:50 PM on September 5. I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number, and no message was left. I called the number back from another phone, and a well-spoken female voicemail said that my number "was dialed randomly as part of a public opinion survey", and then explained why it's important to participate in surveys.
