been getting calls from them for some time and can't get them to stop.

Telemarketer offering you an extended Car Warrenty.  Can't get them to stop, if you call the number back, it shows to be disconnected.

Automated call from a "car warranty" copany.

Called about expiring car warrenty.  Doesn't make sense to me.  I pushed #1 to talk to someone and actually got someone on the phone who asked what my car make and model is.  I didn't have time to answer before they hung up.

got a call this morning, left a message and all i could hear was "if you need a lawyer, call us"

sounds like a scam to me
