I need to know who called before I block the caller

White Pages identifies as Spam Caller

I have been asking the company to be taken off their call list but have not. Every time I try telling them, they hang up

Did not recognize so I did not answer

I am on the National Do Not Call List by the Federal Trade Center, and I received a call from this number 401--768-3320 which is a phone solicitation. When I called to obtain the company name, it's a continuous busy signal.
