I live in Alberta, Canada and receive phone calls from Rhoda Island at or close to 5 a.m. I am being forced to unplug my phones from bed time until I wake.  This is dangerous as I live close to an anhydrous facility and they must call if they have a spill.  How can they phone if my phones are unplugged.
