Who called from 4017710978

Don't know who they are, but they keep calling my cell phone. Won't speak when I answer.

They call my house every 15 minutes. If i pick up, they don't talk and hang up on me. If i don't answer, they leave a silent voice mail and then hang up. SO annoying. This line is particularly for family contact, as our other line is for a home business, and we do not have caller ID on the line that they are calling

They have called 8 times in the last 48 hours.  three calls back to back... the girl on the phone provides a lot of attitude.

She said she's from CHASE... but I work for Chase so she's full of ...

These b------s have been calling my house for the last two months...EVERY DAY, starting at 8:30 am and then at least 8 times and more throughout the day adn night.  They never leave a message and if I pick up the phone they hang up.  I have physical problems and trying to get to the phone before the machine picks up can really be very detrimental to my health, if I should fall.
I *69 this caller and got this number.  I had my friend call the number and she spoke to some man who said that it was Chase credit card.  I called the number myself and a female told me the same thing.  I told her to remove my number or I would call the police.  But what can I do to stop these calls?
