A woman from India who asks if we have an alarm system because we are eligible for an upgrade. This is a scam! I told her I'm all set with my current alarm system, which is two Pitfalls and a shotgun.
SCAMMERS: from Rhode Island. They won't leave a message. They are trying to SCAM anyone possible. NOT WORKING. I.D. showed Rhode Island. I don't know anyone by that name.
This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1232 hours. I knew better than to answer it because the only ones who call my landline are scam artists. Another site had a complaint that said that they claimed they were the maker of his/her alarm system. Considering Texas Granny's experience above, and the fact that they were illegally calling me, they're definitely scam artists. I've notice a trend for particular scammers to try calling right around lunch time. In this case, they only let the phone ring about three times before they gave up. Light-weights!
