Valid call. Schneider Electric /APC - a legit call for once. Checking to see if I received the replacement APC surge protector yet. Need another category for call type: "legitimate follow up call", or something similar.
This is a legit company. I got a call on my cell phone. Caller ID said (401) 792-4545 Narragansett, RI so I did not answer it, thinking it was a telemarketer (had one last night on my commute home from some Hotel!!) Anyway this one was legit. The breaker for my hot tub is burnt out and under warranty. This was that call... it is for Schneider Electric who are the Square D suppliers in the US I guess. This is their customer service line. Hope this helps!
