I think it is EA's legal department.
I've been drumming up support for complaining to EA about them failing to provide the services I paid for, posting their corporate info on facebook, and asking people to help me petition the company to apologize and fix the situation since their entire corporate office is isolated from any criticism.
After a morning of furious campaigning on the internet I started getting ghost calls from this number, and I suspect it was from EA.
So I did some seaching and EA's legal office is located in the area code:

which would make sense. My comments and criticisms were quickly deleted from their web sites and I was banned from posting for a month.
