Who called from 4018122134

I AM SO TIRED OF THIS IGNORANT PERSON CALLING MY PHONE JUST TO SAY NOTHING AND THEN HANG UP. THEY MAKE A HABIT OF CALLING AT LEAST 3 TO 4 TIMES DAILY. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING.

I get a call, pick it up, no one answers.  This has happened to me only one time so far.  When the number is called back, it appears as it is a fax line.

I also get this call...it went to my voicemail and heard some recording...when i tried to call back it was a fax line
