Received five calls so far today from people with accents over very bad telephone lines, asking for tech staffers. There was so much snap, crackle, and pop during the last one that I hung up. The others went to Purchasing for IT. Cannot waste time on nonsense.

Received a call from "Greg". He said he needed to talk with <specific name> about a compliance issue and asked to be connected to their voice mail. I explained that is against policy so please leave the information with me and i will have someone call him back as soon as possible. He would not do it - repeatedly asking to be connected to voice mail. After a few minutes of this back and forth he hung up.
