Same scam, different call back number.

Suddenly started receiving multiple voice mail messages per day threatening "a law suit" "against my SSN in state of residence.

No mention of debt, or that this is a collection agency.

Difficult to understand the accent (sounds vaguely Indian subcontinent) but he is definitely delivering a not to subtle threat.

If this last over weekend I will call back, announce that call is being recorded, NOT disclose PII, and report incident to IC3

This same voice I can barely understand has called me several times AND called my best friend's house.
Always trying to get me to pay large sums of money to clear my name before they drag me into court...
Who is this creep?  Claims it is a law office and I am being recorded....will not tell me name of company

I received a call from this number stating legal action could be brought against me if I do not respond. Sound like the guy is in a boiler room operation. He qoutes the last 4 digits of my social security number. Sounds like that is all he has and is bluffing to get money from me. I'm not sure where he got my information. This is a scam and I've reported it to the FBI's IC3 and my state's attorney general.
