It is someone lying they are from wherever you are connected to. Like if you used to work somewhere they use that to get you interested. Its a bill collector most likely from past bill. If they are trying to collect for the government its a lie. The government will take out from your taxes. So they woukdnt be taking and then getting their employees to badger you. What u could do is call. Dont say your name. Just say who are you and please leave a message of what u want from this number. The guy is just doing his business any way he can. But if your name was sandy lee and he asked are you sandy....u arent really....people that know you-that is the name you gave to them...but to strangers...you are miss sandy or miss lee....whatever you give to them IF YOU WANT TO EVEN KNOW IT. They are strangers. Lying is my guess. Smart and clever. You be too.
