Received a call from this number saying his name is Jonthan Tidwell and i have forfeited my right to settle something out of court but the client is willing to settle this matter as long as I call back today.   He didn't identify himself as a debt collector or that he is trying to collect a debt but said he wanted to verify my home and work addresses so i could be served... Shouldn't they already know that if it is in a county court already? He would not give me any information or provide proof of debt as he said he sent it two months ago - never received anything.   I assume this is more of the payday scam calls I get on a daily basis.
